Gaining Healthy Weight Tips
To gain weight and be healthy by staying away from bad fat…these are the tips to help you to achieve the goal.

Allowing 2 more meals a day for tracking calorie intake. |

Eating high calorie food - order large strip of noodle with pork instead of small strip with chicken and add on 1 teaspoon of sugar for tracking more calorie. |

Eating dishes with full of taste especially sour, as it makes you eat more e.g. Tum Yam, spicy salads, etc. |

Drinking fruits juices instead of drinking water after meal. Fruits juices are rich in vitamin and mineral than the soft drinks or other sweeteners drinks. |

Drinking the sweetness fresh milk or fresh fruits e.g. watermelon, jackfruit, sapodilla, during mid-morning and afternoon breaks. These sweeteners food will be tracking more calories. |
