Gaining Healthy Weight Tips

To gain weight and be healthy by staying away from bad fat…these are the tips to help you to achieve the goal.

 
1.
Allowing 2 more meals a day for tracking calorie intake.
 
2.
Eating high calorie food - order large strip of noodle with pork instead of small strip with chicken and add on 1 teaspoon of sugar for tracking more calorie.
 
3.
Eating dishes with full of taste especially sour, as it makes you eat more e.g. Tum Yam, spicy salads, etc.
 
4.
Drinking fruits juices instead of drinking water after meal. Fruits juices are rich in vitamin and mineral than the soft drinks or other sweeteners drinks.
 
5.
Drinking the sweetness fresh milk or fresh fruits e.g. watermelon, jackfruit, sapodilla, during mid-morning and afternoon breaks. These sweeteners food will be tracking more calories.
 
6.
Consuming healthy little by little foods e.g. boiled pigeon pea, boiled peanut, fried peanut with milk chocolate, during your TV time.
 
7.
Working out around 30 minutes everyday for increasing your food appetites. This will help you to gain weight rather than lose weight.

Consuming nutritious beverages and food, not junk such as milk.

Tracking your progress by weighing yourself everyday.
